Antony is a service focussed manager with experience operating across multiple disciplines, including: general management, strategic and business planning, financial management, corporate services, HR, payroll, IT, client
engagement, compliance, governance, quality and risk, and systems development. As well as providing sound and timely information and advice, Antony has focussed on continuous improvement, process redesign, operational efficiency and systems implementation. 

 

Antony maintains an extensive and up to date knowledge of the ‘For Purpose’ sector and emerging trends via publications, attending conferences and participating in training and forums. Antony possesses detailed knowledge and experience of State and Federal Social Service programs, NDIS, as well as, Program Logic, Business Blueprinting, Service Models, Outcomes Based Planning and Reporting, and Collective Impact.
