After several years in senior international leadership roles, Garry returned to Australia and in 2005 established SED Leadership & Culture. The key objective of this business was to enable senior leaders to achieve their core purpose;
‘to create the environment where everyone can be their best’. SED Leadership & Culture now works across a diverse range of clients drawing on a robust understanding of organisational psychology and leadership experience to devise practical, evidence based approaches to change. Key outcomes
of Garry’s work include senior leaders gaining significant personal insights into what drives them, the current impact they make on others to enable tailored strategies to sustain highly effective behavioural changes.
